Data management

Our databases are stored securely in Australia and regularly backed up both on and off-site to minimise the risk of catastrophic loss of data. In addition, all billing and IFC information provided by doctors are retained on our records for at least two years.

Privacy

We will never provide confidential patient details to any third party other than those directly related to the payment of their invoices, including Medicare, DVA, health funds, surgeons’ offices, hospitals and insurance companies.

All our services are provided in Australia. Nothing is outsourced overseas – the data we manage on our doctors’ behalves is too sensitive to risk outsourcing.
